After an extended absence I'm back. It seems so long since I last posted here in early September. Since then I have been busy closing the sale on my first house and subsequently getting it fixed up. Now that most of the interior issues have been addressed for the time being and Christmas is over, I can pull back a bit. I hope you all had a great Fall season and are ready for a brand new year.
