I'm not sure on it's exact proximity to Independence Hall. It's not real close. I believe Logan Circle is on the west side of the city, not too far from the Philadelphia Art Museam. This was one of the stops on the guided trolley excursion I was on.
That is a breath taking picture. I love the trees. I have always wanted to travel up that way. by the way this is from Stephanie Kelso!
