Museo National Villaroy (Day 3)

Yesterday we visited the home of one of Honduras' former presidents. It's a wonderful Spanish colonial style mansion with some spectacular views of the surrounding area.

It sits on a hill overlooking the city of Tegucigalpa and was built in the 1800's.

It was a warm tropical day but very comfortable for touring. Open windows allowed the breeze to drift through.

In the president's office we saw a picture of him with American President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
